Every box has its own code, hidden inside the lid until you tear it open. Scan it once in the app to activate the box. Your streak, XP and Smart refill start from there.
The app is optional. Scan your sachet each day to build a streak, earn XP and unlock partner perks. The camera's already on when you open the app.
Scan a sachet every day and your streak grows. Miss one day in any seven and it holds. Miss more and it starts again from zero. One reminder a day, timed to when you usually drink, helps you keep it. Switch it off any time.
Out of sachets while your next box is on its way? Your streak waits for it.
Each day's scan earns XP, and a longer streak earns a bit more. Extra scans on the same day don't add anything. XP takes you up levels, and your level never drops.
Higher levels unlock perks, like discounts at partner gyms and shops or early access to new FluoFit products.
Perks work while your subscription is active. Pause or cancel and they wait for you. Your level stays where it is.
Skip it. Manual refill ships without a single scan. You just won't collect XP or perks.

If you'll scan most days, Smart refill ships when your supply actually runs low. If you want a fixed rhythm or no app, pick Manual. You can switch later and nothing resets.
Yes. Pause or cancel from your account. On Manual refill you can also skip or move a box, or change your rhythm, from the link in your 3-day heads-up. While you're paused, perks are off and your streak ends, but your XP and level stay.
We won't ship a box you didn't ask for. You'll get a few reminders, each with two options: Order now or Switch to Manual. After 60 days without an order, perks pause until your next one. Your XP and level are kept.
Your streak holds for one missed day in any seven. Miss more and it starts again. If you run out while your next box is on its way, the streak waits for the box.
It activates the box on your account. That switches on streaks, XP and Smart refill. Scan it while signed in with the email you ordered with, so your box and your subscription stay on one account.
